Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Medisova's coordination platform, website, or services. By using Medisova, you agree to these terms.

1. About Medisova

Medisova is a healthcare coordination and referral platform. We help connect clients with licensed healthcare providers and coordinate aspects of their healthcare journey. Medisova does not directly provide medical, dental, surgical, diagnostic, or clinical services.

2. Scope of Service

Medisova's services include:

• Healthcare provider matching and referral
• Appointment coordination and booking support
• Documentation guidance and coordination
• Medical travel coordination
• Corporate wellness programme coordination

Medisova's services do not include: direct diagnosis, treatment, surgery, prescriptions, emergency care, or clinical advice.

3. Independent Providers

All healthcare services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals and clinics. Medisova coordinates access but does not control, employ, or supervise those providers. Treatment decisions are made exclusively between the patient and the licensed provider.

4. No Medical Guarantees

Medisova makes no representations or guarantees regarding treatment outcomes. All healthcare carries inherent risks. You must consult directly with the licensed provider and satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any treatment before proceeding.

5. Coordination Fees

Medisova charges coordination fees for certain services. Fees will be communicated clearly before any commitment is made. Treatment fees are set by the independent provider and are separate from Medisova's coordination fees. Refund eligibility for coordination fees will be specified in individual service agreements.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Medisova, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in all enquiry and intake forms
• Not use Medisova's platform for emergency medical situations
• Consult directly with licensed providers before making any treatment decisions
• Not attempt to use Medisova to obtain controlled substances or restricted prescriptions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Medisova's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our coordination platform shall be limited to the coordination fees paid to Medisova for the relevant service. Medisova is not liable for the clinical decisions, acts, or omissions of independent healthcare providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Medisova website — including text, branding, and design — is the property of Medisova. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Medisova is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of Medisova shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

Medisova reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
